We’ve been helping clients buy and sell quality furniture for over 35 years. Our consignment process is simple, transparent, and designed to get the best value for your pieces.

– Items are consigned to Windsor Cottage for a 90-day consignment period.

– Windsor Cottage determines the selling price and may adjust prices as needed to facilitate a sale. Upon sale, the consignor receives 60% of the selling price and Windsor Cottage receives 40%.

– The consignor is responsible for arranging pickup of unsold items. Items remaining after 120 days become the property of Windsor Cottage and may thereafter be sold, donated, or otherwise disposed of at Windsor Cottage’s discretion.

– Consigned items are left with Windsor Cottage at the consignor’s risk. Windsor Cottage is not responsible for loss or damage except as otherwise required by law.
